·        Most items in the NICC collections are publicly available and accessible for use in research, teaching, and private studies. They should not be sold, copied, or distributed for commercial use and without written consent from the copyright holder.

·         In most cases the NICC does not own the copyrights in its collections. Where known, the NICC provides information about the copyright owners and the terms governing the appropriate use of materials.

·        The user is responsible for all issues of copyright arising from the use of NICC collections.
